FARMS
In Starhue Valley, there are multiple farm layouts that characters can choose, as seen here. It's not necessary, but if you want, you can post information about them here so that you can collaborate with others - and show what your character lives like, or with.
BUSINESSES
Do you want to run your own business? Then Seagull Village is the place for you!

Largely abandoned and empty at the moment, Seagull Village is a small clearing of cabin-made shops and businesses on the other side of the farms, across the valley from Pelican Town. None of them are residences, but several have interior setups appropriate for various shops you can run. For the rent of 500 gold per month or a purchase with 30,000 gold, you can have a bustling boutique, a calming café, or a buck wild brewery! If there's a place you keep bringing up, or which you wish to keep around, that can also be noted with the form below.
Others are welcome to work in these businesses if farming isn’t their way of life, but it should be worked out with the owner of the shop ICly!
While waiting for Bus arrivals and departures, why not have a coffee or a scone? The goods are very basic and a bit cheap tasting due to being shipped in rather than made in-house, but what more incentive to apply for a position there to fix that?
A small, multipurpose shop/cafe combination owned by Tori Crawford, Jeb Parmalee and Faith Parmalee. Tori handles the coffee while Jeb and Faith handle baked goods. Interested parties can commission Tori for custom outfits (or ask for clothing repairs) or Jeb for paintings (as well as smaller, less time-consuming art projects.) There are premade clothes and paintings for sale, and you can also buy various flowers Faith conjured up on her farmland.
Owned by Hideaki Kobayakawa. A tiiiiiny little restaurant in Seagull Village that looks rather plain on the outside; inside, it's dark with red lamps and only a few tables. But, should you actually go there, you'll get treated to the best hotpots ever. Pick your ingredients, and you'll get a tableside show of Hideaki making your hotpot... using the pot strapped to his back, but whatever, it's cleaned thoroughly each time, he just loves that pot the most. Pick your ingredients, pick your soup, and if you pick the Bonten special? Prepare to pay a little extra for something that'll make you weep from how good it tastes.
