Nope, it's the kitchen and bathroom! Stardew Valley might be able to get away without giving the player character a shower thanks to video game logic, but nobody in Starhue wants dozens of sweaty, unwashed farmers wandering around ;)

The basic farmhouses are like studio apartments— no separate bedrooms unless you get an upgrade.
